Let clients book the right person on your team

Hourline puts one booking page in front of your whole team. It sends each booking to someone free and qualified, sends the reminders, and keeps every calendar in step.

Free for one person. No card needed.

Hourline booking page A booking page for a 30 minute intro call, with the week and six times for Thursday. A cursor cancels the booking, then picks 10:30 again: the slot fills with a tick and a Booked chip replaces Pick a time.
Hourline notifications A notifications panel with a new booking for Thursday at 10:30 unread at the top. When the client cancels, the notification is withdrawn and the rows close up; when the client books again, it comes back unread.

Built around how your team meets clients

Pick your team. Hourline shapes the booking flow, the routing and the follow-up around it.

Every lead lands with a rep who is free

Round robin shares demos across your reps by who is free and who is next. Add a rep and they start taking bookings the same hour.

Hourline round robin An Add to round robin panel with an email field and the reps who take bookings in turn. A new rep's address is typed in and a cursor clicks Add: the field clears and a new row with an Invited chip appears above the reps already in the rotation.

Set it up in an afternoon

Three steps, and your booking page runs on its own.

Your day keeps its shape

Add a buffer after calls, ask for notice before same-day bookings, and send reminder texts a day and an hour before.

  • Holidays and time off blocked
  • Deposits for paid sessions
Hourline booking rules A booking rules panel with four rows and toggles. A cursor switches Reminder texts off, then on again, and its toggle fills.

How Larkspur Advisory stopped chasing calendars

Twelve partners, three offices and a lot of first calls. Here is what changed when every client booked through one page.

A consultant talks a client through a plan at a small round table by a tall window

“We had four people trading emails to set up one client call. Now the client picks a time, the right partner gets it, and the reminder goes out without anyone touching it.”

Book a call
Do my clients need an account to book?

No. Clients pick a time, add their details and get a confirmation by email. There is nothing to sign up for.

Which calendars does Hourline work with?

Hourline connects to the calendars most teams already use, and to any calendar that shares a standard feed. It checks every connected calendar before it offers a time.

How does round robin choose who gets a booking?

It looks at who is free at that time, who has had the fewest bookings this week, and any rules you add, such as language or region.

Can I take payment when someone books?

Yes, on Business. Ask for a deposit or the full price when the client books, and refund it in one click if you cancel.

What happens when a client needs to reschedule?

Every confirmation has a link to move or cancel the booking. The new time follows your rules, and the host hears about it straight away.

Can I try Team before I pay?

Yes. Team is free for 14 days with up to 10 seats, and you keep your pages if you move back to Solo.
